WHEEL OF LIFE

Directions:

The eight sections in the Wheel of Life represent different aspects of your life Seeing the centre of the wheel as 1 and the outer edges as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each life area by drawing a straight or curved line to create a new outer edge. The new perimeter represents the wheel of your life. If this were a real wheel, how bumpy would the ride be (see example below)?

Priorities: What’s important to you?

Choose 8 of the following as headings to the outer edge of the wheel. Then rank them 1 – 10   (1= low /10= high) (see diagram). Feel free to add your ‘own choice’ to list.

  • Career
  • Social
  • Growth

  • Own choice?

If the example above was your life, how bumpy would the ride be?

Exercise

Choose an area to work on, for example, career, what one step could you take to move you closer to a 10? This is why people seek out a coach to help them move closer to what is important to them.

No person is an island, and from time to time, we all could do with a helping hand.
