I’m not like other coaches.
As you can see, I’m not an academic and don’t come from a teaching, HR, or corporate background like many coaches do!
And let me tell you, my craftsman skills come in very handy. For example, helping my clients see an overall plan, a way forward and the bigger picture. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words.
I first realised that when at seven, my parents bought me my first “Meccano” set. There were no words or instructions, only pictures of how to construct it – just like Lego is today. But I loved it because I could use my imagination and build whatever I wanted.
As you can guess, I don’t use unnecessary diagrams, blue sky jargon or long, meaningful words to explain something that can be summed up in one sentence or one word.
And that’s what my clients love about me, and I hope you will too. Also because coaching is such a personal relationship between two people, it’s really important that it feels right and we’re a good fit for each other.
So, If you are looking for ordinary, plenty of coaches offer that. But I’m not one of them.
