Wayfinding is the ancient art of figuring out where you are going when you don’t actually know your destination. For wayfinding, you need a compass, and you need direction — not a map.
Wayfinding your life is similar. Since there’s no one destination in life, you can’t put your goal into a GPS and get the turn-by-turn directions for how to get there.
What you can do is pay attention to the clues in front of you, and make your best way forward with the tools you have at hand.
This is where a life coach can be of help, by spending time with you, they will give you the tools that can help you to find the clues that create direction, meaning and purpose in your life. Helping you to set goals in areas of your life that have lost there way, maybe around your career, your wellbeing, health and fitness, your relationships.
At some point in our lives, we all lose our way, and no map can get us back on course, in fact, we start to question what is the right course and direction. Life coaching can and does help you find that way forward.
